  Pastor Tricia Newkirk:

Tricia has been at Crosswinds since its inception. She was the first paid staff member. She has run every department in the Church and was certified in Ministry as a Pastor in 2000. Her commitment to kids and evangelism runs strong and deep and is evident in the programs we offer. She works in the office 4 days a week.

  Julie Bartsch: Kids Choir Director: Julie has a music degree from Bethany College and is working on her Masters degree. Presently she is working as a School Teacher. She is married and has 2 incredible sons. She has lived in this area since 1994
 
  Jennifer Earle:

She has been on the kids staff since 1999. She is such a great right hand gal. She is so faithful and full of love for the kids and makes them her 1 st priority. She is married and has a great daughter.
